ORGANIC LINE MANAGEMENT

Raw materials are brought in, and a few days later, they are shipped out in the form of finished products. In some ways, a manufacturing site is like an organism. It persists through ingestion, heat exchange, metabolization, growth, replication, and maintaining homeostasis. Our goal to continue endowing what should be an inorganic production line with the integrity and feedback capabilities, health, and vitality of a living thing. That is Fuji Plastic's approach to production management.
INPUT MANAGEMENT
The input factors required for production management, known as the 4Ms, are as follows: Man, Machine (facilities/equipment), Method, and Material. However, in today's manufacturing sites, where technological innovation is progressing with increasingly high-spec facilities and equipment, the role of "Man" is becoming increasingly distant from the production line. Nevertheless, it is still the people who manage and integrate these input factors. We strive to optimize input factors through consistently people-based 4M management, regardless of whether we use on-site control or remote operation via IT technology.

OUTPUT MANAGEMENT
The output factors of production management are Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Safety. At Fuji Plastic, we promote the visualization and sharing of these factors, and by managing them as information, we can reflect them in the cost design, process design, work design, and time management of each product.
